Welcome!
JHYM is a safe, inclusive, and joy-filled community of middle schoolers (grades 6, 7, and 8) and adult staffers from all over the Yearly Meeting. We strive to seek and find that of God in ourselves and in each other within the faith tradition and practice of Friends. As we build our community, we share and explore what it means, looks and feels like to be a Quaker in the 21st Century. We also have a lot of fun!
Our focus is on helping youth make connections, feel a sense of belonging, and know that they are loved. All 6th, 7th, and 8th grade Quaker youth—or those interested in Friends—are welcome to participate in our programs.

JHYM is amazing! It is a place where people will love you more for being you than for being ‘perfect’ or ‘cool’ or ‘popular.’ You won’t find very many places like that in your life. You’ll feel the love the second you walk in the door!
