Welcome to the JYM Retreats Staff "Toolbox!"
This section offers information, procedures, policy guidelines, and resources that help shape and guide our ministry. Some of this information is routinely included in the Staff Notebooks which are created for every retreat. We hope that this gives new parents and staff a sense for how we nurture and minister to the children in our care, always mindful of the sacred trust we hold for their well-being and safety.

We are always looking for appropriate, grounded, and loving adults to join us on. Our JYM staffers are a remarkable crew of Friends with a variety of gifts and spiritual journeys who really enjoy being with each other as well as with young people. If you love being with children, have a good sense of humor, a willing heart, a reasonable back, and don’t mind sleeping short hours on (mostly) hard floors be in touch with Kara Price, Children and Family Ministries Coordinator.
