Personnel Manual
The Personnel Manual presents the personnel policies and practices of New England Yearly Meeting. It defines the employee benefits, hiring and termination procedures, review process, etc. The policies are approved by Permanent Board upon recommendation of the Personnel Committee. The appendices and attachments, which represent the current implementation of the policies, are adopted by the Personnel Committee.
The manual is currently being revised; the approved result of this process will replace the 2016 version.
This link leads to the machine-readable files that are made available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and includes negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers. The machine-readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to access and analyze data more easily.
