Registering for a Retreat
You can register your child by completing the online registration form below. Registrations begin as soon as the previous program ends. For example, you may register for the first retreat as of the afternoon of the last day of Sessions in August
Health & Permission
Health & Permission forms need to be completed here each school year. Though Friends Camp using the same website - and you can use the same account - we have separate forms with slightly different questions. Forms completed for Sessions can be used for retreats the following year. If you would like to speak confidentially about a specific concern regarding your child, please call or email Kara Price. All records and information contained on the Health and Permission Form are confidential.
Medications, Special Diets, or Other Needs
Please be sure to indicate on the registration form any special diets, support, or medications your child will need to take while on retreat with us. You can find more information on how we ensure your child is well cared for here.
Fees
Our fee structure is a version of the Pay-As-Led approach that New England Quakers adopted for Sessions several years ago. It’s about trust and abundance. Families can pay less or more depending on their budgets—from giving more to support others to zero dollars—no questions asked. $50 is great if budgets are tight; $95/child covers food and supply expenses for our weekends; $155 covers all related costs. Checks should be made payable to NEYM.

Registration begins at 6:00 p.m. on Fridays. Pickup on Sunday is appreciated by 12 Noon. Families are welcome to come earlier on Sunday and join us for Worship. (Photo by Kevin Lee ©2019)
