You do not need to be registered for Sessions to attend!
The worship will be in the Great Room in the Community Center on the Mt. Holyoke campus in South Hadley, Massachusetts.
You can park in any lot. The one near the Willits-Hallowell Conference Center will be closest to the worship location. If you have a disability placard, you can park in any of those spots shown on the map. We've also attached the map for printing, if you want.
You can bring your own lunch, or buy lunch in the cafeteria, which is in the same building. Lunch is $14.00 and the cafeteria is open from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Here is a link to the menu.
It is important that if you arrive at the worship room after 12:30 p.m. that you enter quietly. It's a big room and noise will carry.
The worship will go from 12:30 to 3:00 p.m., followed by a short break, and then reflections on the Spirit's work in the worship. We will close at 4:00 p.m.
Remember that you may come to the extended worship even if you are not attending Sessions.
The organizers would love to have a few Friends to help by serving as greeters, welcoming Friends, asking them to sign in, and reminding them to enter quietly. There may also be a need to move some chairs. If you're able to help, please arrive at the Great Room by 12:10 p.m., and please let them know by emailing [email protected].
