What Is Mine to Do?

Subtitle
An online workshop with Virginia Swain
February 19, 2026
4:00 to 6:00 p.m.

Details

All are invited to gather to create images that reflect our personal creative insights as we consider what is ours to do during meeting, community, national and international Crises. Imaging is an experiential exercise in which participants engage in imaging/visioning, developed by Quaker Elder and Virginia’s mentor, elder Elise Boulding. Bring paper and an array of colored markers.

We cannot resolve a challenge at the level it was created.

  • Accessing our imagination allows us to get into our souls where insights arise from the Divine.
  • Friends will leave with an action step with something practical from their image or words.
  • Imaging/words is a key tool of the Leadership Formation Program for Elders and Ministers launched in January 2026 at the Quaker Leadership Center at Earlham School of Religion
