Housing Options for 2025 Sessions
Housing
There are several options for housing this year and some changes as well. The information below should help you determine what kind of housing is right for you.
Dorms
Dormitory rooms are predominantly located in two locations. Final dorm assignments will be made in June and there may be adjustments based on maintenance schedules, etc. Air-conditioned rooms should be much more available than they have been in the past.
Family neighborhood
We are planning to cluster families together once again this year at Sessions. The exact location of family housing is dependent final dorm assignments, which should be posted in early June.
Parents must bring sleeping bag/bedroll, pillow, and towel for any children sleeping on the floor. Moving mattresses into neighboring dorm rooms is not permitted, and we are not able to provide mattresses or other sleeping supplies for children who will be sleeping on the floor.
Linen rental
Linen rentals are not available for Sessions this year. If you have an international visitor who will need linens provided for them, please contact the Events Coordinator at [email protected]. Otherwise, please plan to bring you own bedding including sheets, pillow cases, blankets/sleeping bags, and towels.
Camping
Camping is not allowed on campus; however, Mt Toby Monthly Meeting has generously agreed to offer limited camping on their grounds and there are several campgrounds in the local area. If you are planning to camp during Sessions, please register as a commuter and arrange your housing separately. If you are planning to camp at Mt Toby, please email the Events Coordinator at [email protected]
Hotel
There is a hotel at the University attached to the Campus Center. If you will be staying at the hotel, please register for Sessions as a commuter and book the hotel directly. Please use this discount link for hotel rooms or Friends may call the hotel front desk and reference code 833007. to book. Early reservations are encouraged, the block releases on July 1st.
