Between December 2025 and March 2026, Emily Provance will be hosting conversation circles that are open to Friends anywhere. Sometimes these circles will include a brief presentation portion or guest speaker, but the primary emphasis of the circles will be large- and small-group discussions in which Friends can share ideas, information, resources, and worship/prayer with each other.
There are many resources already available online in connection with the life cycle of meetings. You can find written resources here and videos from a previous series of consultations here. My book on the life cycles of meetings is available here.
This gathering is for Friends in meetings or churches that have no more than ten people in worship each week. Please do not register if this does not describe you. The conversations have no particular agenda beyond discussing and sharing the experience of practicing Quakerism in the setting of a small group of worshipers. It’s all right to register even if you are not able to participate in all of the gatherings.
