Immigration Action: Friends at Worcester Share their Work
Worcester is home to a diverse immigrant community, with significant populations from Latin America, Africa, and Asia. In what ways are Worcester Friends contributing to the
growing immigrant justice networks in their community?
Join us as Mike Shell facilitates a conversation, in collaboration with Ellen Perry and Karen Sargent, about Worcester Friends’ involvement with: WINIS (Worcester Interfaith Network for Immigrant Support), Worcester Interfaith, MCAN (Massachusetts Communities Action Network), and NEYM's Immigration Justice Network.
Friends will be invited to share the immigrant justice work in their own meeting communities and broaden their network of Friends in doing this work.
