In 1963, a group of eleven British Friends shocked the world by publishing a short pamphlet which asserted that homosexuality was not inconsistent with Christian teachings. Come learn about the context in which Towards a Quaker View of Sex was written, the process of spirit-led discernment used to reach these conclusions, and the responses they received from Friends in the U.S. and the U.K. at the time.
