Friends at Framingham Monthly Meeting invite you to join them at their retreat, “Quaker Faith and Practice in a Time of Divisiveness,” Saturday, May 11, 2024, at the Framingham Meetinghouse, 841 Edmands Road in Framingham.
With many people feeling pain, fear, hopelessness, anger, sadness and more in the face of current national and world events, what guidance can our Quaker faith and testimonies offer us towards living into this divisive time in a way that feels whole and Spirit-led? How do we care for ourselves? Our communities? Our world? How can we be resilient in our anger, disappointment, and fear? What is Spirit’s invitation to us in this time?
