Job Openings at Annual Sessions
There are several openings for volunteer staff jobs for Sessions—positions which receive a fee waiver. Contact information is included with each listing; text in blue links to job descriptions.
Co-coordinate and supervise the Child Care program, ensuring the physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual health of young children (infant through pre-school) attending Sessions. Select, prepare, supervise, and support child-care staff (volunteers who receive a fee waiver) prior to and during Sessions. Information and referral services and general communication with parents prior to and during Sessions are also an important component of this work. These positions receive a fee waiver. Looking for Friends who have a deep joy for being with our youngest attenders, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing and safety. Childcare staff work a 5-hour shift either mornings or afternoons and attend several staff meetings throughout the week. Flexibility and a sense of humor are required. Contact Gretchen Baker-Smith.
JUNIOR HIGH YM PROGRAM STAFF
These positions receive a fee waiver. Looking for Friends (especially those under 40) who love connecting with middle schoolers, talking thoughtfully, laughing freely, playing games, singing, and building a joyous intergenerational community. JUNIOR YM AFTERNOON CHOICES STAFF
