Registering for On-Campus Sessions

Registration for on-campus Sessions will end July 29, and there will be no walk-on registration. This is to give the staff time to manage COVID safety protocols and preparations.

We have a re-designed registration system this year which we hope Friends will find more convenient. Please watch the videos below to familiarize yourself with the process.

Because of needed COVID precautions, there is an additional step to registration, which is entering health information in CampBrain (a secure online site used by Friends Camp). Everyone who registers to be on campus for Sessions must provide a copy of their vaccination record or their medical exemption by uploading to CampBrain.

CampBrain is also where you will provide health information and parental consent for children and youth.

The link to take you to the CampBrain site will be provided in your registration confirmation email.

Registration and CampBrain both allow you to log out before you finish, and come back when you are ready to finish providing the requested information.

Registrations are not finalized until all required forms have been provided.

To introduce Friends to the new registration system, Office Manager Sara Hubner has created two videos to walk Friends through both the registration process and the CampBrain process.
