As the year closes, this is a unique time to reflect and capture Quaker history as it develops.
Quaker life usually necessitates the physical sharing of space to worship, do business, and build community with one another. Quaker communities have had to adapt and adjust in new ways during COVID-19.
We want to hear from you! We want to know how the pandemic has impacted YOU and your Quaker way of life. Your personal stories will give future community members and historians a glimpse into our lives right now.
Be creative with the interpretation! Share as much or as little as you wish.
As a part of an agreement with New England Yearly Meeting (NEYM) and the University of Massachusetts Amherst, your submissions will be preserved in the NEYM Archives at Special Collections and University Archives (SCUA) at UMass Amherst.
Below is a link to a survey to capture your thoughts and experiences. If you have digital content (e.g. photos, videos, documents, etc.) they can be uploaded to the form or email them to [email protected]. The survey will be open until January 30.
If you have print materials (journals, notes, artwork, etc.) you would like to physically donate, you can mail them to the address below. Please include a completed deed of gift.
