For the first time in our 354 years, New England Yearly Meeting of Friends will gather for our Annual Sessions in Vermont! We hope you’ll join us on the beautiful campus of Castleton State College in Castleton, VT.
Theme: You Are My Witnesses

Around the Yearly Meeting (June 2014)
P&SC has sent an epistle to New England Friends meetings, inviting local meetings, as a first step, to get a meeting banner and display it during public witness.
Celebrating the 350th anniversary of Dartmouth, Mass., Smith Neck and Allen’s Neck Friends will together hold a three-day open house at the Apponegansett Meetinghouse, Friday June 20 to Sunday, June 22.
Friends Meeting at Cambridge seeks a First Day School Coordinator, a 20 hr/week paid position coordinating and facilitating the religious education of FMC’s youth. Application deadline: June 15. More details available at fmcquaker.org or email [email protected] (Link above goes to job description)

A New Approach to Sessions Fees
This year, we are led to try a new approach to Sessions fees that offers greater simplicity and flexibility, allowing Friends to prayerfully consider both the cost of Sessions and their financial situation.
Our new, simpler approach to Sessions fees means the Equalization Fund is more important than ever.
More Sessions News
For Readers… This year we plan to have two large and lively bookstores. At the Jeffords Science Center we will be selling Quaker books, Pendle Hill Pamphlets, books on the Sessions theme, fiction, history, theology and more, as well as consignment goods.
Sessions Youth programs offer robust and grounded communities of peers for younger Friends, from infants in Childcare to Young Adult Friends.
