M&C Working Party on Racism

Quakerism beckons us beyond a world of bias and privilege.  We are challenged to fully live out of the conviction that there is that of God in each person, each day of our lives.

As individuals and as the Religious Society of Friends, we are a work in progress with still a long way to go.

The Ministry & Counsel Working Party of Racism, now laid down, carried this concern for several years and some of their work is included here.

Lisa Graustein's A Racial Justice Curriculum for Young Friends is a rare piece of Quaker curriculum on racial justice.

The NEYM Racial, Social, and Economic Justice Committee is another resource for guidance and materials.
