About
An extra-long, extra-cozy retreat for high school age youth with extended time to build community and reflect inward during school vacation. For this longer retreat, we'll have beds and showers and use of multiple indoor and outdoor spaces.
With the theme "Experiencing Quakerism Together" we'll have oppurtunities throughout the retreat to learn about the Quaker movement, experiment with spiritual practices, share about our experiences and questions, and get to know each other in meaningful ways. Life-long Quakers and those just checking out what Quakerism might have to offer are welcome. Along with the program there will be time for play, conversation, rest, laughter, walks in the woods, and eating good food.
Like all our events, this retreat is pay-as-led meaning we offer a sliding scale. The suggested fee is $225 (which covers our building use and food) but any amount ($0-$300+) is OK. We collect payment during check-in at the start of the retreat.
Ready to register? Simply fill out the short form here and the coordinator will send you retreat details and the carpool list two weeks before the retreat.
