Multiage Inclusion Hybrid Webinar Series

7:00 p.m.

Note: this series began January 28th. Late registration is still possible.

Mulitage inclusion is the way our meetings and worship groups make space at the table for people of all ages. Based on the blog by Quaker traveling minister Emily Provance, this is a hybrid online and in-person course focused on practical ways to build your meeting community through intentional habit shifting and shared experimentation.

Watch a short video explaining this new opportunity for connection and learning here

Throughout the series, we'll use stories and small group exercises to explore topics such as: the purposes and limits of age-segregated versus all-ages spaces; the way communication can be invitational ;  how service and leadership can be accessible to all ages and stages; and the power of a permission-giving culture. See a complete list of themes by date here.

The live webinar sessions will take place from 7:00-8:30 p.m. on five consecutive Tuesday evenings starting January 28, 2020. Teams can also participate at a time of their choosing using the recorded sessions.

To participate, find at least one Friend from your local meeting or area who is willing to be part of your local team. We encourage you to physical gather with your team for as many of the webinars as possible. Each webinar will feature plenty of time for small group reflection and action planning If teammates ever cannot physically gather, they will be put into a virtual "room" together for the small group  portions of the webinars.

Registration is now open here. (Note: the series began January 28th. Late participation is still possible).
