Friday Night Arrival and Check-In Cost
Includes Saturday Breakfast and Lunch in Dining Hall
In the last few years, we have arranged for Sessions staff, Friends attending the 9:30am Saturday morning meetings of Permanent Board and Ministry & Counsel (M&C), and their families to register to arrive on Friday night. The Sessions Committee budget pays for Sessions staff overnight and meals. Members of Permanent Board, Ministry & Counsel, and other family members are welcome to register to arrive Friday night, charged as follows:
Check-In is from 8:00 to 10:00pm in the Hall 16 lobby. Look for directional signs (see campus map). If you cannot arrive during these hours, please inform the registrar in advance or call the NEYM Office 508/754-6760 before Monday, July 28th. Beginning on July 29th, you may reach the NEYM Office staff at Bryant University, 401/719-8860 or e-mail Laurel Swan, NEYM Registrar anytime until Check-In Friday, August 1st at firstname.lastname@example.org.
