Payment Options: When registering online, you can pay over a secure server (hosted by digital.forest.net) by using 1) MasterCard or Visa credit card or, 2) by sending a check via US Postal Mail to the NEYM Registrar.
Financial Assistance from the Equalization Fund (for members and attenders of NEYM meetings only): If you are requesting financial aid from the Equalization Fund, you can fill out the online electronic form and then send a completed Equalization Fund Request Form via US Postal Mail, signed by your monthly meeting clerk. No household registration will be complete until the signed Equalization Fund Request Form is received by the Registrar.
Youth Health and Permission Form: All children from birth through age 18 must send a signed paper copy of the NEYM Youth Health and Permission Form to the NEYM Registrar. No household registration will be complete until all Health and Permission Forms for all children attending NEYM Sessions are received by the NEYM Registrar.
