About Committee Day
Welcome! This is the final Committee Day for FY2013: an opportunity for committees to meet, as well as a chance for Friends to make connections between committees through worship, fellowship, and shared business.
Please bring a sack lunch — Fresh Pond Friends will provide soup and light refreshments. Child care is available with four days advance notice (see below).

The school has a medium-sized parking lot at the intersection of Cadbury Rd and Wood St. We have also received parking consideration from the city of Cambridge for
the entirety of Wood St, Cadbury Rd, and Walden St between Sherman
and Raymond Sts. You may park on these streets between 8:30-4pm
Saturday and not be ticketed. Note that there will be no special
signage stating this. (If you do receive a ticket, email the ticket
information to the office and we will contact the city.)
The School is a 10-15 minute walk from the Porter Square T Station: See Walking Map

Request overnight hospitality or childcare at least four days in advance by contacting Bruce Neumann at 781-863-6391 (see the email invitation sent to committee members for Bruce's email address). If requesting childcare, please include your children's names and ages, and which committee you serve on. Bring warm clothes, snacks and lunch, as well as anything else your child may need.
